This policy explains how Closed on Sunday AI processes information when you use closedonsundayai.net. Contact support@closedonsundayai.net for privacy or account requests.

Photos, videos and file retention

Your uploaded photo is used to create the video you request. Uploaded photos are automatically deleted 24 hours after upload. Completed videos are retained for 14 days after completion and are then automatically deleted. Download your MP4 during that period.

These limits apply to private media stored by this service. A generation provider needs temporary access to your input to fulfill the request and processes it under its own policies. Account, order, credit and task records may be kept separately for account access, security, refunds and recordkeeping.

Public examples

The examples displayed on our public pages are demonstration materials supplied by the operator. They are stored separately from private user uploads. Public examples can be viewed, downloaded or shared by visitors and remain published until removed from the showcase. The 24-hour photo and 14-day completed-video deletion periods do not apply to the public display copies. We do not make ordinary private uploads public merely because a generation completes. Contact support to ask about a demonstration or request its removal.

Accounts and providers

Google sign-in supplies account information such as an account identifier, name, email and profile image, according to the permissions you grant. The KIE video service processes generation inputs. Cloudflare provides hosting, database and file storage. Waffo and its payment partners handle checkout and payment processing. This site records order references, amounts, payment states and credit changes; payment-card details are handled by the payment provider.

Browser drafts and cookies

Your selected photo and settings can be stored temporarily in your browser to preserve them while you sign in or buy credits. Browser data can be cleared in your browser settings. Authentication and security cookies support account access. Optional analytics follow the choices offered in our cookie settings.

Analytics and error diagnostics

We measure page visits, photo-selection steps, choir and video settings, sign-in, checkout, generation, playback and download events. Records may include a pseudonymous journey identifier, page path, coarse device/browser category, source, approximate country, product release and error category. Internal account, order and task references support authorized operational checks.

We do not send your photo, payment-card information, email address or full generation prompt as analytics event details. Public URLs are filtered to avoid recording authentication tokens and other sensitive parameters. Aggregate operational reports help identify technical problems and improve the service. Where configured, Google Analytics provides supplementary traffic measurement; our order and credit records remain the source for purchases and balances.

Access and requests

Private account, order and video routes require appropriate authorization. Email support from the address connected to your account to request access, correction or account deletion. We may verify ownership and retain transaction information where needed for legal or accounting obligations. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or complete card details.
